Shipping Fee Subsidy

  • Upon purchase over $500, input discount code「SHIP-20」to enjoy a $20 shipping discount. (Cannot be used with other discount or in-store pick up) 
  • SHIP-20 can only be used once per delivery

    Membership Program

    • Reward points are valid in both online and physical shop.
    • Register as a member for free via our website. Upon successful registration, you can earn reward points and redeem cash coupons.

    • You can redeem cash coupons using the reward points. Cash coupon can be used in our online shop or physical store. Please redeem it from our website in advance if use in physical store and show it to our staff.
    • For products that stated "Fixed Price Good", discount cannot be used.
    • Points expire after 1 year of inactivity

    Pre-order Items

    • If order contains pre-order item, we will wait for all the items in the order to arrive before sending out.
    • Some of the pre-ordered items are shipped from foreign countries. We will provide an estimated time of arrival. However, due to uncontrollable circumstances in freight delivery, such as delays in customs clearance, the estimated arrival time is not guaranteed.

    Delivery

    • Order will be sent out within 3 working days.

    Shipping and In-store Pick Up

    • In-store pick up is available. You will receive an email once order is ready to pick up. It takes about 2-4 working days. 
    • If you would like to pickup after our opening hours, please contact us to arrange.
    • SF Express / HKPost Ordinary Mail / HKPost Counter Pick Up (Easy Get) are available depending upon the weigh of the parcel.
    • Delivery time is around 1-2 working days. Delays might happens.
    • All delivery method include tracking number EXCEPT HKPost Ordinary Mail.
    • As there is no tracking for HKPost Ordinary mail, we will not be responsible for any damage or lost of parcel.
    International Orders

      Return of Goods

      • Please check your items once received. Damaged items can only be replaced within 7 days upon receive. 
      • For nibs, please check before use. Damaged nibs can only be replaced in new condition. 
      • No refund can be made
      • No exchange after 7 days upon receipt of goods
      • Delivery fee will not be refunded in any situation 

      In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
